Not only do they look great but numerous studies show that even mild dehydration can affect concentration, memory and energy levels. In a profession like Accountancy where attention to detail and focus are critical even small dips in concentration could have a negative effect. So we are heading into 2026 with our hydration levels up….it wont keep me away from the coffee machine though!!
