On Thursday myself and Gavin Belton-Rose completed Hyrox Cardiff. It was the 4th January when we agreed to undertake the challenge so Thursday signalled the end of a very tough 4 month long training slog that saw us getting fitter, stronger and lighter.
I am really proud of the effort we both put in, not only on the day but over the 4 month period as we demonstrated consistency and commitment and team work, all transferrable skills we can apply to other areas of our lives such as our business.
Along the way we raised a fantastic sum for Dynamic, we currently it on £2355 raised for them which i know will go a long way to ensuring they can continue to support disabilities in Wrexham. The main reason we reached such a large sum of money is that the local Business community got behind us and from the bottom of my hart, thanks you so much to everyone.
