2 Days at the Fesitval of Accountancy

A client recently moved accountants to AB Accountancy. She is a very skilled professional who spent years training to become qualified in what she does and has years of experience in her field. But when we looked at her accounts they didn’t reflect that. We found she was charging for the hour the client books and not for the value she offers after years of training and experience.

From April 2026, dividend tax rates are set to increase by a further 2 percentage points.
That means:
• Basic rate at 10.75%
• Higher rate at 35.75%
• Additional rate at 39.35%
